Woven Dreams by Joëlle Xavier

Woven Dreams is a collaborative project where I will invite the local community to bring some natural material, small branches, grasses, leaves, etc… to weave together a nature tapestry which will remain in situ in the forest until June 22, 2025. I will prepare the frame, using jute string or similar for the warp. Participants will also be invited to share poetry about trees and what special meaning the forest hold for them. This event will be recorded through photos and short videos.
